About the Physicians

Dr. Marion Owen, MD is a Decatur resident and Davidson College graduate who earned her MD from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Medicine in 1999. She completed her Family Medicine residency at the Emory Family Medicine Residency Program in 2003 and is board-certified in Family Medicine. An IFM Certified Practitioner (IFMCP), Dr. Owen has focused her continuing education on nutritional and genetic causes of disease, holistic approaches to healthcare, and the intersection of lifestyle medicine and traditional care. She collaborates with both MD specialists and integrative providers, and is known for spending at least 30 minutes per office visit — enabling the thorough investigative work complex health problems require. Susan Castle, NP-C, holds a BSN and MSN from Emory University and has been a cornerstone of Whole Family Medicine since 2010.
