Sean Cahill, MD Longevity & Concierge Medicine
Description
Sean Cahill, MD Longevity & Concierge Medicine is a membership-based concierge practice located on Chicago's iconic Gold Coast, offering a small patient panel and the kind of deeply personalized, prevention-first care that is rarely available in a traditional primary care setting. Board-certified in both internal medicine and pediatrics, Dr. Cahill brings more than 20 years of clinical experience to a practice built around one core conviction: that most serious illness is preventable, and that the time to act is before symptoms appear. Patients who join his practice receive extended appointments, direct physician access, same-day scheduling, and a proactive health partnership that integrates longevity science, metabolic optimization, weight management, and chronic disease prevention into a coherent, personalized plan — all under the supervision of a physician who also teaches these exact principles to the next generation of doctors at Northwestern's Feinberg School of Medicine.
About the Physician
Dr. Sean Cahill, MD, FAAP, FACP, earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Notre Dame before completing his medical degree at Loyola University's Stritch School of Medicine in 1999. He completed a combined Internal Medicine and Pediatrics residency at Loyola University Medical Center — a demanding dual-board track that relatively few physicians pursue — and has since maintained board certification with both the American Board of Internal Medicine (2003) and the American Board of Pediatrics (2004). He was elected Fellow of the American College of Physicians (FACP) in 2007 and Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics (FAAP) in 2004. Dr. Cahill currently serves on the clinical faculty at Northwestern University's Feinberg School of Medicine, where he teaches medical students and residents in chronic disease management, preventive care, and men's health. He is also a recognized expert witness in medical malpractice litigation — a role that reflects his deep command of clinical standards across both internal medicine and pediatrics. He practices at 680 N. Lake Shore Drive and sees patients at Northwestern Memorial and Central DuPage Hospital.
