About the Practice

Dr. Charles Marable earned his medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 1991 and completed a residency in Family Medicine at Halifax Medical Center in Daytona Beach, Florida. After practicing in Little Rock, Arkansas, he relocated to Franklin, Tennessee in 1999 and founded Marable Personal Healthcare — the state's first concierge practice. His career extends well beyond the office: Dr. Marable served as a staff physician at Daytona International Speedway for a decade and conducted medical relief work in Haiti and Nigeria, experiences that tested his clinical judgment in high-stakes, resource-limited settings. He is affiliated with Williamson Medical Center and maintains a curated network of specialists, coordinating referrals personally when subspecialty care is needed.
