About the Physician

Dr. David Karli completed medical school at the University of Maryland before completing his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Harvard Medical School. He subsequently joined the Harvard faculty as an Attending Physician in the Department of PM&R at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital and in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at Mass General Hospital. In 2003, Dr. Karli was recruited to the Steadman Clinic in Vail, Colorado — the world-renowned sports medicine facility — where he adopted and then perfected autologous cellular therapies including PRP and Bone Marrow Cell Concentrate (BMC). He led national efforts to refine the science of regenerative medicine, published pivotal clinical results, and lectured extensively on dose, response, and evidence-supported outcomes. Recognizing that precision in biologic preparation was essential for evidence-based care, Dr. Karli founded Greyledge Technologies in 2012 — a biotech company focused on optimizing the production of cellular therapeutics. He also completed formal Laboratory Director training and earned his MBA at the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver.
