About the Physician

Dr. Goodwin earned her undergraduate degree in Microbiology from the University of Florida, then her medical degree at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale. She completed a double residency in Internal Medicine and Emergency Medicine at the Henry Ford System in Warren, Michigan, serving as Chief Resident. She subsequently earned fellowships from the American College of Osteopathic Emergency Physicians (2017) and the American College of Osteopathic Internists (2020). In 2018 she received Florida's Top Doctor Award, and Naples Illustrated named her a Top Doctor in both 2021 and 2022. A passionate advocate for lifestyle medicine, Dr. Goodwin believes that regular exercise, a healthy diet, and social connection are the foundation of longevity — and she integrates that philosophy into every patient relationship. She is also the founder of Inside Out Med Spa, extending her expertise into aesthetic anti-aging medicine.
