About the Practice

Signature Healthcare was co-founded in 2003 by board-certified physicians Dr. Jordan Lipton and Dr. M. Bryan Woodward III. Today the practice is led by a team of more than ten board-certified physicians specializing in internal medicine, family medicine, geriatric medicine, and obesity medicine. Dr. Marshall Silverman, who has practiced in Charlotte since 1999, serves as a clinical associate professor at UNC-Chapel Hill School of Medicine and holds the rank of Fellow in the American College of Physicians. Dr. Elizabeth Perry completed residencies at the University of Pennsylvania and Johns Hopkins Hospital and has been recognized with the Charlotte Business Journal's Women in Business Achievement Award.
